Scott Monty is a member of the Baker Street Irregulars and co-host of the podcasts I Hear of Sherlock Everywhere (now in its 18th season and Trifles (now in its 8th season). Scott's interest in Sherlock Holmes began in his teenage years, during which he discovered his first Sherlockian society, The Men on the Tor in Connecticut - his first social network.
That early inspiration would have echoes throughout his life. Not only did he parlay his unhealthy obsession with Sherlock Holmes into a blog and podcasts, but the social networking element would rear its head again when he was named Ford Motor Company's first executive responsible for digital communications and social media.
Scott has since seen the light and now serves as a public speaker and executive coach serving leaders and their teams to help them prepare for leadership in a world dominated by A.I. Professionally, he writes the Timeless & Timely newsletter and hosts the Timeless Leadership podcast. He lives in Michigan, where he is an executive coach and public speaker, specializing in leadership and communication.
